If you have not yet subscribed to ESCP membership for 2010, and wish to take advantage of lower conference fees by paying for membership this year, you can do so by visiting www.escp.eu.com/join. If you need a reminder of your user name, please contact us at info@escp.eu.com
The cost of attending the conference and membership subscription is less than the conference registration fee for non-members!
If your membership subscription is paid for 2010, you should have received an e-mail from us giving you a "coupon code" to access the lower conference registration fees. If you have not received this, or need the message to be re-sent, please contact us at info@escp.eu.com.

Bus tickets for the ESCP shuttle bus from Naples Int. Airport to Sorrento are available to purchase online this year. These are listed under "social" in the booking system.

All registrations should be completed online and paid by credit card.
Please note: you must complete payment for registration at the end of the process. If you do not complete payment, your record will be held for 14 days during which you can decide about additional activities such as tours and dinners, and will be able to return to your booking to add them.

Registration fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions (unless registered for one day only), the Core Subject Update on Wednesday, a final program and abstract book, lunch on Thursday and Friday, the welcome reception on Thursday, and a certificate of attendance with CME points.
Friday/Saturday tours will depend on minimum levels being reached, and ESCP reserves the right to cancel these tours in September if there is insufficient demand. A full refund will be made in the unlikely event that this is necessary.
Conference registration & tour cancellation
In the event of cancellation of registration up to 1st August, an administrative charge of €50 will apply, and refunds will be made after the conference. We regret that we cannot make any refunds on registrations cancelled after 1st August. Tours may be cancelled at any time up to 1st August 2010 without penalty, but after that date will be charged in full.
